When will Democrats learn?

In response to a foolish article, accusing Republicans of being pigheaded, stubborn and unable to read the crowd, I crafted the following:
Extremism
Democrat extreme: Any abortion, any time (even after birth), full access, doctor mandated, bill paid by taxpayers or other group mandated plan. Other extreme: No abortions, period.
Republicans generally rest with what has the greatest public support: No abortion after first trimester, no forcing taxpayers or group plan to pay for it. Democrats are the extreme, out of step with public opinion. Republicans are in the more popular middle ground.
Supreme Court
SCOTUS did not ban abortion. Rather it rejected the privacy right basis for Roe v Wade and retuned the decision to the states for legislative choice, per the Constitution. There is no fundamental or natural right to abortion, or to making other people pay for it, or forcing doctors to perform abortions.
Unalienable/Negative v asserted/positive rights
Republicans/conservatives believe in natural, negative rights, i.e., things the government can’t take away from you or force you to do, and at zero cost – other than in defense of the country from internal or external threats. Republicans support inalienable (or unalienable) constitutional rights i.e., life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Democrats calim numerous asserted, positive rights, based on the French revolution model: “Liberte, egalite, fraternite,” which translates as liberty, equality and fraternity, i.e., socialism. We cherish (the right to) life and the individual pursuit of happiness; the French and Democrats believe in equity via socialism. Equity across millions of people is practically impossible to achieve and, were it to be achieved, ten seconds later, inequity would return.
Constitutional rights, e.g., freedom of speech
Anyone has the right to demand preferred pronouns; I have the right to not use them. Democrats praise the former and want to criminalize the latter.
Anyone has the right to claim an identify other than your genetic one; I can decline to recognize that. Democrats praise the former and want to criminalize the latter.
Fauci has the right to say, “I am the science;” I have a right to say that he is not “the science.” Democrats praise the former and want to criminalize the latter.
Democrats can assert, without evidence, that “Diversity is our strength.” I can reject that rhetoric and claim our strength is in common core values.
All people can practice their religion and not force their values on others; Democrats are willing to restrict religious practices and to impose their secular values on others. NOTE: “Separation of church and state” is not in the Bill of Rights.
Anyone has the right to claim that abortion is a fundamental right; saying so does not make it so. Democrats claim that healthcare (actually, its medical care) is a fundamental (natural?) right; saying so does not make it so.
