Facts trump feelings; speculation is not science. Follow the science rather than listen to self-identified scientists.

Unaccountable, grossly inaccurate predictions need to be exposed to sunlight. And "scientific" needs to mean the work is based on science, e.g., hypotheses, data integrity, validation, reproducibility and accountability. Just don't ask Scientific American for any of this.
Speculation isn't science, especially if it has not basis in fact.
