In my management and leadership classes, students learned that healthcare, education and retirement are the three biggest sectors of the American economy, the way agriculture, manufacturing and mining were once recognized -- and those old sectors have diminished considerably.
Missing from this graph and analysis are the FANG's and other tech sector darlings that, like education, healthcare and retirement, make nothing and sell services and information.
