Flying to Scotland tomorrow, staying in a flat in St Patrick Square in Edinburgh, two nights in Mallaig for a day trip to Skye.

I visited Edinburgh twice with my Kansas cohorts. Dont think I made the trip when I was working summers for Foseco. I made Edinburgh once or twice with my Marquette class and have visited three times with Dena, Jane and/or Gaby.

So we will check in for our flights shortly, Green Bay to Chicago to London to Edinburgh. Business class this trip. Used vouchers from two trips cancelled due to Covid in spring 2020. Have a nice rate on our flat. Both the flights and the flat are now costing double or triple what we booked them for six months ago.

Gaby arrives Friday morning, to run the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday at 1000 local time. Jane arrives late Monday, via San Francisco. We leave the following day for two nights in Mallaig before spending three nights as the four of us back at the St Patrick flat.
