What do I have to show on the internet for forty years of university faculty appointments? From the University of Kansas to Loyola University Maryland, I feel I had an impact, doing credible research on topics that have an impact on people's lives, not just those of fellow academics. From uncertainty, to goal setting, incentives, prosocial leadership, wealth and sin, this record encompasses a lot of thinking and productivity.

This site presents a nice library of my publicly accessible publications, three pages devoted to a record that spans over 35 years, ending five years ago. "My" page at the site starts with this nice summary of the themes of my research:

And the site continues with links and impact assessments of my work, i.e., H-Index.

More from Google Scholar, May 2022. Here is my profile:

What is the h-index?

The h-index is defined as the maximum value of h such that the given author/journal has published at least h papers that have each been cited at least h times.[5] The index is designed to improve upon simpler measures such as the total number of citations or publications. The index works best when comparing scholars working in the same field, since citation conventions differ widely among different fields.[6]

What is the i10-index?

The i10-index was created by Google Scholar as an index to rank author impact. Simply, it is the number of publications the researcher has written that have at least 10 citations.
