2. Cover your sneeze with a tissue -- then throw it away.

3. Stay in bed if you're sick.

4. Stop touching your face!

5. Get plenty of sunshine -- vitamin D!

6. Keep your hands to yourself.

7. Avoid crowds of strangers.

8. Take your vitamins.

9. Eat right, watch the fat and sugar.

10. Pray....often.

11. Share what you have with those who don't have.

12. Play nice with others.

13. Don't let that old man sniff your hair -- even if he's running for president.
