...and now they can't get enough of it, and they want credit for making it mandatory.

Less than a year ago, leading Democrats -- Biden, Harris, Cuomo, etc. -- flatly rejected the Trump-enabled vaccine even before it arrived, insisting that people would not be willing to take the shot and demanding that people be given a choice to take the vaccine.
A year later and my how the same opponents are trying to make the shots mandatory, firing healthcare workers who exercise their constitutional choice and raising healthcare premiums for those without the vaccination.
At the same time, Fauci and friends insist on masks, despite evidence that neither masks nor fully vaccinated people can prevent the spread off the virus. And denials from Fauci that the CDC did not fund gain of function research in Wuhan, or that the virus originated in a Wuhan lab -- probably as a result of the gain of function research -- lack credibility as the evidence mounts against their claims. A denial is not evidence, it's not science.
The fundamental epidemiological question remains: What is the likelihood of death from Covid for a healthy i.e., no pre-existing co-morbidities, person under the age of seventy?
