History repeats itself: Germany surrenders to Russia

2022. After claiming the moral preening high ground on fossil fuels, Germans today are skipping meals to save money, having grown dependent on Russian oil, and Germany is firing up its retired coal plants. The bemused faces (see below) of their UN delegation when Trump warned them of this has come back to bite them badly. Who's laughing now? Not the German people skipping meals to save money for fuel.

Here's what wiped the smile off those arrogant diplomats' faces....

And their claim to end fossil fuel funding by 2022? Forget that too.

And as the Russians drove many Germans to hunger in 1945, the Russians are doing it again in 2022.

For Germany, it not only looks like the winter of 2022-23 is going to look a lot like the winter of 1944-45, it looks like there will need to be a radical readjustment in their progressive, academic approach to energy -- or else....
